Jariet Technologies is a fabless semiconductor company, founded to develop world-leading RF-sampling data converter and RF transceiver ICs. Jariet was founded in 2015 by Charles Harper (CEO) and Craig Hornbuckle (CTO) and specializes in direct RF-sampling high-speed data converter transceivers for radar, satellite communications, electronic warfare, communications, test equipment, and quantum computing.
Added in 2025, Jariet International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jariet Technologies, based in Switzerland. Jariet International augments Jariet’s core specialties and is dedicated to supporting the European and International marketplace.

01. What does Jariet Technologies do?
Jariet Technologies designs and sells integrated circuits. We specialize in designing ultra-high speed data converters and RF transceivers in advanced geometry process nodes with very low power. We offer the technology in different forms: catalog packaged ICs, known-good-die, custom ICs, and by licensing IP for custom ASICs. To provide added supply assurance, Jariet utilizes US-based wafer fabrication facilities.

The ICs and IP developed by Jariet are often utilized in advanced receive and transmit hardware found in electronic warfare, radar, satellite payloads, satellite ground stations, 5G/6G communications, optical systems, quantum computing, wireless backhaul and test equipment.
